Terms of Service

Before you commission me, please make sure you have read my terms and conditions ; by commissioning me, you are agreeing to them.

I. General Disclaimers.

⬩ No disrespectful behavior will be tolerated ; if it occurs, your order will be cancelled.
⬩ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
⬩ All artwork will be sent digitally.
⬩ The ToS and Prices are subject to change at any time. Only the conditions agreed upon at the time of the transaction apply.

II. Payment.

⬩ Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
⬩ Payments will only be accepted through Paypal invoice in EURO €.
⬩ Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity.

III. Cancellation and Refunds.

⬩ A refund is not permitted once the commission is done.
⬩ You may cancel the commission at any time, in which case I will provide a refund proportionate to the work not yet completed.
⬩ I may cancel your commission at any time and refund your commission in full.
